By always cutting to green space,areas unoccupied by other players, the chances of receiving a passgo up dramatically. As a strategy, Green space is being created bythe teams movements on the field, appearing, disappearing, andreappearing depending on the point in the cycle of players.
• Run AWAY from your mark
• Create green SPACE - team
• CONTROL your mark
• Throw to green SPACE
• Throw AWAY from the defense
• Fast Jog when ineligible
• Sprint through reception spaces

Defense:

• Watch the player AND the disc
• 80% defensive - chase the player, 20% offensive - pursue the disc
• Keep the O guessing
• NEVER let them go deep
• Don't think, LAY OUT
